Provide access to the loft where it is safe to do so.
Unlock external areas needed for the assessment.
Have details of any insulation, extensions or energy improvements available.
Arrange parking or permits where applicable.
Where an improvement cannot be seen or supported by suitable evidence, the assessor may be unable to include it in the assessment.
Following the assessment, the property information is processed and the completed EPC is lodged on the official register.
